REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and custom nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Digital downloads

• Templates

• Prompts

• Visual assets

• Strategy documents

• Creative direction services

• Consultations or booked sessions

Why No Refunds?

• Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

• Creative services involve time, expertise, and intellectual labor once initiated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A duplicate purchase was made in error

• A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved

Any approved refunds are granted at the sole discretion of SophiaTheDigitalPro Studio.

Missed Appointments

Missed or no-show appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless rescheduled within the stated policy timeframe (if applicable).
